Pokiri (Telugu: పోకిరి) is a 2006 Telugu movie directed, written, and produced by Puri Jagannadh. Mahesh Babu plays the lead role while Ileana D’Cruz, Prakash Raj, Sayaji Shinde, and Ashish Vidyarthi play other roles. Mani Sharma, Shyam K. Naidu, and Marthand K. Venkatesh provided music, cinematography, and editing respectively. The film released on April 28, 2006.

The film was premiered at the 2006 International Indian Film Academy Awards, along with Tollywood super-hit Tagore. This film created many records and is currently the highest grossing film in South Indian Film including the Telugu Film Industry.
